Registration: Deadline is two weeks prior to each tournament date. Divisions are set up on a first paid basis. Teams will be called regarding schedules one week prior to each tournament. Applications received after the deadline will be accepted on an availability basis only. Due to the difficulty rearranging tournament schedules, refunds will only be given when we are notified in writing of a cancellation at least 7 days prior o the day of the tournament. |
